Proximity to several restaurants and coffee shops, Vons Supermarket, movie theater, City Hall and Library Park. - Approximately 630 square feet - Bedroom One approx. 9'11" x 7'4" - Bedroom Two approx. 10'2' x 8'11" - In unit washer dryer - Security deposit equal to one month's rent - Lovely Monrovia neighborhood - Close shops and restaurants - Freeway close to Pasadena, Arcadia, Azusa - Easy access to the 210 & 605 freeways - No Smoking or Vaping of any substance on property - Will consider 1 dog (35 pounds or less) or 2 cats. Pet rent of $50/pet and additional deposit will apply. All pets must be spayed or neutered. All dogs subject to approval of breed and personality. The nonrefundable pet screening fee is $30/pet, and must be renewed annually. All dogs subject to approval of breed and personality.
