The apartment actually has a bed room , but the bed room doesn't have a door. So that's why I am listing it as a efficiency style APT. It is located in a clean and secure building. The kitchen has newer flooring, sink , newer cabinets and counter tops. The kitchen also has new full sized appliances. The heat is a very efficient heat pump, and the unit does also have central A/C ! Every surface of the apt will be professionally cleaned and painted. ( This is standard for us with every transition) 24 hr emergency maint. lawn care, snow removal, W/S/T a is all included. Tenant is responsible for unit electric. ( heat is electric). Good rental history required. NO PETS OR SMOKING. One year lease required. Lease is restricted to two or less people. We are a very small company and know all of our tenants by name.
