It would be a great place for the serious hunter. There would be room to build a great cabin, remodel the current old house for a hunting cabin and have room to hunt at your leisure. I can also imagine the potential it has as a business. You could move onto the property, build cabins to rent out to clients interested in doing trail rides by either horse or 4-wheeler. There is easy access from this property to the Redbird Crest Trail System. The mountains offer stunning views of the many native Eastern Kentucky trees and wildflowers.
