Located in between Downtown Oklahoma City and Norman on Interstate 35, this area provides both a small town and big city feel, with an excellent public school system and commercial presence.Located in between SW 164th and Indian Hills Road, Talavera provides close proximity to Norman, Oklahoma City, and Moore. Though serviced by the city of Oklahoma City, the location is within Moore school district. Children would be attending Oak Ridge Elementary (within walking distance), Highland West Jr. High, and Southmoore High School.Prices begin in the mid-200s, with minimum square footage at 1450.All of our floor plans are named after the backbone of Baer Hall Homes, the subcontractors.
