Very nice wood like flooring (laminate) on the main level, granite counter tops in the kitchen and all of the bathrooms, central A/C, 2 car attached garage. Sorry no pets. Non smoking unit. Close to parks and walking trails! Quiet Neighborhood. Property backs to open area. In order to move in we require a security deposit in the amount of 1 month's rent.
