I lived in the house next to this property for a while and I bought it originally to maintain the woods around the house. When I sold the house I kept this parcel because it is a nice flat piece of land in the Mountains of TN and I thought one day I might build a cabin on it. I am now married and moving on to other areas and would like to liquidate my real estate assets. This property has beautiful mature trees, access to city sewer and water, and a seasonal spring runs down one edge of it. It is a beautiful setting and offers privacy with only two or three houses on the road this property is on. It is also at a dead end so there is no traffic coming from the other side of the property. 08/02/16
