(Otherwise, apartment is totally unfurnished). *Elevator in building. Newly installed in past 2 years. *Sizeable locked storage space in the basement. *NO PETS IN THIS APARTMENT. Yes, we are aware the BUILDING allows it, but unfortunately WE are allergic, so we are not receptive to pets in this apartment. Please do not bother asking. *NO AGENTS please. Owner will deal with you directly. Condo Board application pack with very thorough vetting of your financials, references and credentials will be required - this can take some weeks, and will require a fee (to the Board, NOT charged by Owner) and we - as Owner - have no sway to hurry this, so please be patient and well prepared.
