We offer 12 month leases and short term leases, charging between $100-$150 extra for short term leases. We do have assigned parking. You will have 1 assigned parking spot per apartment and we have extra unmarked spaces for any other cars. There is no smoking in the apartment or in the breezeways, only at the designated benches throughout the property. The property charges the following fees: - Water/sewer utility fees (variable) - Trash fee ($15) - Pest control fee ($7) - Cable + internet service fee ($89)
