Fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Mini split heating and air. Has (2) 30 lbs propane tanks. Separate composting toilet, can be hooked to sewer for liquid waste. Instant water heater. In original spot that it was delivered to. In a mobile home park which rent can be switched to you or hook it up and take where ever!!
