This apartment in the Fan has the best main room in the building. It's very bright and clean. Only two apartments use the front stairs. The main room is the bed/living room. Other rooms are the kitchen, bath, foyer and closet. Outside the kitchen window is a roof-top place for plants, not people. There is a renovated very used fireplace, 2 ceiling fans, gas stove and gas heater, portable A/C. The bathroom is nice with a shower. The apartment is in the front of the building with 5 windows. The pictures were taken before the white spots on the walls will be painted. This apartment is isolated from the rear portion of the building which is under renovation.
