Large one bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished penthouse condo in the heart of downtown Seattle with stunning city view. This condo will sleep up to six with a king bed in the bedroom plus two twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Utilities and secure garage parking for one small to mid-sized car is included. We are ideally located in the heart of downtown Seattle, next to the Washington State Convention Center in the Pike/Pine neighborhood. We are about 8 blocks east of the Pike Place Market, near the corner of Pike and Hubbell, and walking distance to all major downtown attractions and city transportation hubs. You will be close to all that Seattle has to offer. The property is currently rented so not available for showing until after August 26th. We are happy to answer any questions you have in advance and point you towards reviews from previous tenants. First month's rent plus a one time $135 cleaning fee is taken up front. We require valid credit card information in place of a security deposit. Due to COVID we have stepped up our already thorough cleaning protocols and have established a socially distanced check-in process to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We ask that all members of your party wear facial covering during the check-in process. Our son, Michael, lives in the building and will be available to check you in, answer all of your questions and be available for any issues that arise during your stay. We have a strict no smoking, no pets policy for the condos we manage.
