The unit is spacious with the living room open to the kitchen and dining area. We were sad to move out, but a new job location and growing family pulled us out of downtown. The building staff has been amazing, and the location is unbeatable with almost everything you need available in a short walk (walk score of 98). Ample storage with a coat closet, shoe tower, and open shelving next to the washer-dryer stack in the entry hall, bookshelves in the living room, and linen closets in one bathroom and the back hallway in addition to the closets and under-bed storage space in each bedroom. The unit was renovated in 2018 with a completely new kitchen, new wood floors, new bathtub/surround and vanity, all light fixtures upgraded, and new appliances. Additional furnishing details include 2 queen beds with mattress covers, nightstands with lamps, 1 desk with chair, dining table with 2 chairs and a bench, in-unit washer and dryer, 43" smart-TV, soundbar, DVD player, wireless router, comfortable fold-out bed in the sectional couch, basic cooking package (coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, knives, baking dishes, utensils, cutting boards, slow cooker, Tupperware), dining package (plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, serving utensils), and house cleaning package (broom, dustpan, vacuum). We would prefer a 6-month lease but would be open to discussing other arrangements. $3,000 refundable security deposit and $400 cleaning fee due at time of lease signing. $300 / month utility charge includes heat, hot water, water, sewer, electricity with $50/month cap, High Speed Wireless Internet, and building amenities. One garage parking space with direct building access is available for $200/month. Note: we never got close to exceeding the $50/month cap on the electrical utility even with two adults working from home full-time during quarantine. We just don't want to fund a server farm for mining Bitcoin. Cats are OK. No smoking.
