Bedroom - Full size mattress with linens, blanket and pillows, chest of drawers Bathroom - Towels, soap and toilet paper. One car garage with remote. and shelves for storage Linens will be laundered and replaced every third day Owner lives nearby and will furnish any necessary items the renter may require. For rent nightly $75.00 per night, or 65.00 per night with minimum of 3 nights. Nightly rates are $75.00 for one couple, or for 2 couples $125.00. Payment upfront, and deposit of $ 300.00 The deposit is completely refundable if house is left clean and no damage to premise. Reference is required and no pets or inside smoking allowed. Owner pays all utilities, except phone, cable, Wi-Fi and internet. Contract is signed by both parties to protect both leaser and lessee.
