The apartment complex is Retreat at PCB. It is a spacious one bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood. Washer and dryer is included. There is a dishwasher as well. The neighbors are quiet and pets are welcome with an added fee. There is a patio, and the apartment complex is very close to the beach. I got a job in Tampa, so I am renting out my apartment for the remainder of my lease. It is from the end of November to March 29th, 2018. In total it is 4 months. The rent is $850 a month. We will pay all of the fees. The apartment has given us an application to send to people interested in the apartment. The leasing office needs this to run a background check.
