The photos do not do it justice. You really need to see it in person to appreciate all the extras. The master closet is huge! Tenants are responsible for all utilities and lawn care. The security deposit is required prior to moving in. A minimum credit score of 640 is required, and there is a $35/adult application fee. Smoking, burning incense, or scented candle use is not permitted. Our properties are not listed on Craigslist, Facebook, or any other social media site. We use Zillow, Hot Pads, and Trulia to list our rentals. We do not accept online applications and will not request that you wire money to us.
