Lucky people This apartment is the best one bedroom apartment in Pendleton and maybe the best in OTR. Seriously. The list of good things here never ends and the current tenants in this building may be here forever except for the tenant in 3 South who is moving for grad school. Here is what our former tenant said: "I have absolutely LOVED living here . . . ." You will too. We screen for income and no evictions before you tour. Income screen waived for incoming medical residents. Gross income before deductions must be more than 3.5 times rent. Tenants can't have prior evictions. Then, if you want the apartment you fill out our intrusive application. No application fee.
