We have rented out this condo to Mayo Clinic Fellows from overseas for the last 6 years. Fellowships generally begin on July 1. We may have some flexibility with the move in date currently listed as July 15. You will find an open layout, stainless steel appliances and a fully-equipped kitchen. If you want to get out of the condo and explore the property, wander on down to the community's pool area to swim some laps and relax in the hot tub. Choose from the master bedroom's king-sized bed, one of the twin-sized beds in the second bedroom, or in the office on the queen pullout bed. We are open to discussing moving the furniture out of the condo if you would prefer to use your own. Minimum one-year lease required. All utilities and HOA fees are included in the rent.
