I currently have two rooms for rent. Each room is $850 per month and has a shared bathroom. Washer/dryer located in basement. Kitchen is shared space. Utilities are included in rent. Parking is on street, no assigned spaces, but parking passes will be provided. I am a single professional male looking for single professionals only to rent these rooms. Text message is preferred upon initial contact as it is difficult for me to answer phone calls while working. Serious inquiries only, please. Lease term will be one year. Security deposit ($850) plus first month's rent is due at signing. No smoking allowed.
