New appliances, flooring, cupboard, cabinets, sink and faucets, counter tops, breakfast bar and lighting. --Construction is nearing completion, but consider renting now so this one doesn't get away. This one won't last when finished and ready for move-in. Exact move-in date around end of July or early August. --We will be installing new wooden blinds on all windows in the next few days. --Total interior repaint of ceilings, walls, closets and woodwork and some electrical upgrade including all new ceiling fans with lights and all interior light fixtures. --Cats only, pet fee and pet rent will apply. --Cat/s must be documented as spayed/neutered before move-in. Maximum limit of two cats. --No pet dogs, please. I love dogs but don't allow pet dogs them in my rentals. --Smoking or vaping are not allowed on the premises. --Credit score should be 640 or higher. If requesting a tour, please submit the credit score of all tenants 18 and over who will be living there as they will be on the lease. --Please include the name of the company the score was received from and the date received. --You should have a NET monthly income of $2,850 to be able to afford this unit and the pay stubs to verify it. --More info and details to be posted as they become available. 950 per month rent and a deposit equal to a month's rent will be required. --The previous tenant had lived here 14 years.
