Hey there! So I was bitten by the love bug and am looking for somebody to take over my adorable room in an awesome 3 bedroom condo. I love this place, but unfortunately the room is too small for my boyfriend and I so I've decided to move in with him. The condo is in a gated community in between John McLaren Park and San Bruno Mountain, so there's lots of hiking within walking distance. The kitchen isn't huge, but has all major appliances and there is free laundry and a dishwasher in unit. Plus the views of sunrises over the bay from the private balcony are amazing. There are currently 3 roommates in the condo. K & D are a super sweet couple that live in the master bedroom with it's own private bath. They love sports, cooking, and barbecues. Both work day jobs and are active students. C is a massage therapist and aspiring esthetician that loves painting and the outdoors, but she also works graveyard so she can be somewhat of a night owl. All 3 roommates are between the ages of 24-26 and would prefer for the prospective roommate to be somewhere around that range. Must love pets! There are 2 puppies and 1 kitty cat in residence. K & D have a weimaraner named Hunter that is such a lover and C has a pup named Nyah who loves to play. C's boyfriend also has a doggie that often hangs out. Then there's Finnegan the cat. He's super chill and a total lap cat. Unfortunately we can't take any more pets, but there's lots of pet love to go around! The rent is $950/month and utilities usually run under $50. Rent includes a parking pass that allows you to park overnight in the gated lot. If you don't drive, there's also a bus that goes straight to bart and leaves right from the bottom of the hill. 420 friendly.
