I purchased this starter home in 2009 with the intention of remodeling it. The house has such good bones which makes the possibilities endless, there is a ton of potential there. Over the years I upgraded as I had extra money. I had it lifted, replaced all 13 windows with window world windows, rewired all the electrical and had all new plumbing ran. More recently I had the septic system upgraded. D&M put a new aerator, repaired the drain pipe and pumped the septic tank. I also added a wooden porch across the entire front of the house and covered parking. I wasn’t able to invest the time or money into totally remolding it the way I wanted to. Circumstances changed and I had the opportunity to move back to my hometown. I hope to find a buyer that can see all its potential and give the house the love it deserves.
