This home has been in my family for over 20 years. It's perfect for one person or a couple. The hot water heater is brand new, we textured and painted the interior a year ago, the siding, the driveway, all windows, and the washer are five years old. The carpet and linoleum need to be replaced, but it's such a small home that every repair is affordable. The taxes, insurance, and monthly bills are low as well, due to the size of the home. Electric and utilities are about $50 each a month, and gas is about $70. Upon moving out, we will clean everything, patch the nail holes, clean up the yards, and remove all furniture. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MOVE OUT UNTIL MAY 13TH, as we must finish college before we move. We have loved living in this home, but we are moving out of state for work.
