In order for you to be able to take my unit over, you will have to qualify financially (all screening, lease signing and documentation will be done through the property's leasing office). My move-out date is flexible, so this could work well for someone needing a short-term option. You'll have the flexibility to stay as long as you like, with just 30 days' notice required to move out. The building is only 2 years old and very well maintained.
