I was the first owner in this 2013 PN Hoffman development. When I walked through every single unit prior to buying, the developer told me THIS was his favorite unit. It is particularly unique, with an L-shaped stairwell that provides much greater convenience and added storage space both below and a special added storage space in the loft area -- making it as he called "much more utilitarian because the stairs do not take away from the center living space in a way that they do in all other units." I also noticed after living here for 10+ years that the location of this unit inside the building was also wonderful due to it's proximity to the back stairway (giving you double entry-way into the building) and a distance from the retail space where noise doesn't travel. The unit features ceiling heights of up to 15 feet as well as original exposed brick walls. Premium finishes include Bosch stainless steel appliances in a sleek kitchens as well as Porcelanosa tile in the baths. I also added high-end motorized blinds from the shade store with both transparent and black-out materials as well as a marble kitchen island that can stay with the unit or be removed if undesired. Building amenities include a modern lobby, secure bike room, rooftop deck with outdoor grill and expansive city views. RedLight Bar on the first floor. Within walking distance of the U Street corridor, McPhearson Square and Dupont Circle Metro Stations (Red, Blue/Orange, and Green/Yellow) as well as other Logan Circle attractions.
