Watch the mullet jumping, the pelicans flying by, and dolphin & manatees playing in full view from your screened lanai. The condo's 300 foot dock on Gottfried Creek is great for fishing, strolling, or just sitting on the dock benches and watching the pleasure boats cruising along. The sandy beaches of the Gulf are only about a mile away and can be easily accessed by car, bicycle, or walking. Our relatively small gated condo complex of only 48 units allows you to know your neighbors or maintain your privacy whichever you desire. Frequent informal social events of owners and guests make for an enjoyable time for all. The grounds are well maintained and are tropical in nature. The heated swimming pool is great in the winter as is the relaxing adjoining hot tub. Tennis court, gas grills, fishing dock, and shuffleboard are all included for your use at no additional fee.
