Nice quiet neighborhood. Large trees. Two trees in the back yard are pecan trees and very productive. The long driveway would be great if you have an RV or a boat to park on the property. The city of Garland allows trailer parking as long as it is on a paved surface. Code enforcement in this neighborhood is good. The code inspector is regular and will send notices for flagrant violations. Garland has a weekly bulk pickup for almost anything. It it is on the curb on Friday morning, a large claw truck will haul it away. (they do not pick up concrete)
