Delapidated. Had to evict trashy tenants. Police have been there every day. Multiple health code violations as the tenants had the utilities off the last 3 months. The floors are trashed from the pets. The tenants did not report the garage roof had collapsed. They stole the Cabinet doors and left so much garbage I'll have to gut the house, to the tune of $50,000. Ugh!!!
