The house will be freshly painted and has new paint and new carpet in the bedrooms. Tile throughout rest of house. Kitchen countertops are being replaced. Pictures do not show a stove. It was removed for countertop replacement. It will be reinstalled. Back patio has cover. The house is currently being renivated and the pictures show some of the work in progress. Baseboards were missing but they have been reinstalled. There is a new tile floor in the den. Washer and dryer connections in the garage. Garage door opener. The house will be ready for move in by the end of September. Great house for a couple with 1 or 2 children All utilities are the resposibility of the tenant. Definetly no pets and perfer no smoking.
