The galley kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, new microwave, disposal, crock pot, coffee pot, toaster and convection oven. Fenced yard but has a shared walkway. Covered deck/ patio with four steps up from the sidewalk. The kitchen is stocked with gadgets and and dual cast iron top hot plate. Also included, napkins, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, fragrance free laundry detergent, fabric softener, and to go cups w lids. I will purchase what ever else you want. In addition to the front porch sitting/eating area, there is a table with umbrella and chairs, under the pine tree! Nothing fancy but clean and cozy! All utilities included! I have added book shelves, a printer, and we have high speed internet. Compared to cost of a hotel room or other temp rentals, this is a great per day price! I am here to provide whatever you need! Preferred minimum term is 3 months but shorter stays may be negotiated. This is a furnished, short term rental. This North End street is close to parks. dining, the Foothills, Camelback Park, the Boise CoOp, Albertsons Marketplace. Family Dollar, a hardware store, vision care, UPS Store, and so much more! Greek Food, Pizza, Italian, fast food, a pub, fitness center and liquor store. By no means a complete list! Pets are negotiable but mostly I am not interested in having them here. The front yard is common area, due to the path to the back yard. Non smoking is strictly enforced. Also, we are a quiet household full of career minded professionals.
