    Looking for a hobby acreage or a small piece of farm ground? Osceola County acreage located on a blacktop road just 3 miles north of Sibley on Old Hwy 60. Just under 15 acres including a single story ranch style home built in 1977. The septic system will need to be brought up to Iowa code upon purchase and the sellers will not be covering any of this expense.
