Bryan Park is just a few blocks up, Soma and Feta are a couple doors down, Dunn Street - one of Bloomington's best - are your rear neighbors, the Law School is just under 1 mile up, and the bus stop is across the street. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and all appliances including a dishwasher and washer dryer are included. The house is on a walkout basement. The place also includes a big TV antenna to get free TV from Terre Haute which helps to cut the cord from cable and satellite if you're into that. The yard is fenced and of a decent size. Dogs are allowed but not certain breeds like pit bulls as it is a problem with our insurance. We also prefer to meet your dog before signing a lease. Cats are not permitted. And puppies are not permitted. Grad students preferred. Sorry, most undergrads will be declined but we will consider responsible undergrads that sign a lease that does not permit parties. We are looking to rent to folks who plan to rent for at least 2 years. If you are interested please call for more information.
