Moraine is part of the Tacoma Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) program which allows us to offer select homes to applicants with low to moderate income levels. Applicants interested in renting MFTE homes are required to submit a standard rental application. Once that is completed, applicants would go through an income qualification process to determine program eligibility.
