the unit is on a second trailer with lots of Windows looking out at trees and greenery and a residential neighborhood. the unit is currently being totally renovated and will be ready by December 1st possibly sooner as you can see by the pictures posted here, it is all so very close to bus lines and shopping. there is a full size washer dryer in the unit, new paint new millwork and new lvp flooring that has a hardwood grain look to it tenant is responsible for all utilities. I also look for good credit when making a decision by looking at a newly filled out credit application
