I have been doing upgrades throughout the house such as: changing outlets, ceiling work, A/C repaired, hot water heater repaired, some cosmetics with the bathrooms however currently in planning for some reconstruction. We are planning to go in a repaint as well. The house is safe however further inspection is in the process. Thank You and hope to hear from you! Tenant pays for all utilities and most maintain grounds. Charge would be applied for everyday rent is not paid after the due date. Small dogs are allowed(up to 20 pounds) as long as poop is picked up. It is already furnished and could be taken out upon request. To use storage unit behind house would cost extra $50 per month. Any question would be addressed at a later date. No Smoking unless outside. Anymore questions would be answer at a later time.
