The living room features a brick wood-burning hearth and mantle. There is a 275 SF library addition with a wood-burning/gas-powered fireplace and a 650 SF two-car garage/carport that includes a walk-in pantry and a shop, both with AC. The Zestimate from Zillow is not correct as they did not include as a comparable the house across the street that sold for $538,000 two months ago and is very similar to my house except it is a two-bedroom house.
