Looking for someone to rent my basement apartment! Super convenient location, minutes away from downtown and near multiple highway entrances. Quiet, safe neighborhood. It's a two bedroom, however the entrance goes directly through one of these bedrooms. The house was built in 1964 and is not especially soundproof from the upstairs. Besides that it's a beautiful space, fully furnished with high design furniture, comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, and even a fully stocked kitchen. With the possibility of a washer and dryer (call and ask for details) I'm looking for someone short term that will take extra care of the space. This place is move in ready- I'm just looking for the right fit. Owner pays all utilities + internet!
