Water damage behind west wall dry wall in masterbathroom caused from 3rd floor unit from suege back up/broken toilet. Electrical issues under foundation that association refused to check or address. The circuit breaker that supplied power to the fridge stop working. An union electrician came out and check everything and advised the cause of the disruption is under the foundation or further but not from within the unit. The electrician re-ran the electric to another location to temporarily fix the problem so the fridge could have power. But lile mention above, the association kept giving the run around and aooner or later the electric to the whole condo or building will go out.
