It is a very cozy cottage type home. There are no neighbors living anywhere near me to the East or the North. I am at the very edge of the City limits. The neighbor to the South of me is across the CID access road and canal.The lot behind me to the West has been vacant since I bought the house in 2007.The view & privacy are one of the reasons I bought this lovely little house. Everyone loves the view overlooking findley & the Columbia river.
