1928 Tudor Craftsman Home is one of three sisters, all similar. They once over looked a peach orchard facing Vancouver until the opposite side of the street was built up in 1949. She was restored from a 1950's winterizing project restoring the cedar siding and window frames, removing her great grey asbestos coat and revealing her original 1928 glory as constructed in 2005. Never rented, this home retains the original door knobs and light fixtures continue the pre-depression era experience. Her raincoat of 30 year Elk composition roof was placed in 2000. Her hardwood floors refinished in 2015. At 87 years old, this home stands out among her peers.
