The house has a new tenant on a one year lease. We cannot evict tenant until Dec of 2016. As the year goes no we will keep listing up dated. The floor has been repaired, gas water heater replaced and gas space heaters have been checked and lit by the gas company so all is moving on. The tenant, most probably will stay if you purchase it as occupied. 24 hrs to show as dog guards the house
