There is a large, private shaded backyard, complete with a hammock nestled between 2 pecan trees. Well-behaved pets are welcomed. Lease includes refrigerator, washer and dryer. Our current (and amazing!) tenants are still living in the house, so please do not disturb them. Must pass a background check- Previous/current landlord reference required and must be currently employed with proof of income.
