Warranty is transferrable to new homeowner. In 2012 all ceiling fans, front and back doors were replaced, and added a total of 16 security cameras some inside and some outside. With a smart phone you have the capability to monitor the comings and going at home from anywhere in the world at no monthly fee just airtime cost to you, so your can determine who is home, if you have teenagers that may be very helpful or even to see it if is sun shinning, raining or snowing outside if you are away. Now for the back yard, a Morgan Storage Building (12' X 16') with electricity and also a Metal Shed (8' X 10') are in the back yard each building has a concrete pad. The Vinyl Fence is made by Kroy, it has a 40 year warranty that is good till Fall of 2045. The only hardware is on the Gate with a hinge and double sided key lock, The Patio is (16' X 19' ) it is stained, great place for relaxing, grilling or entertaining. Also in the back yard is a bird bath, water fountain and a HUGE Oak Tree that is very shady and wonderful to sit on the bench in the spring and fall..
