A beautifully maintained building, this Capitol Hill apartment is very well-priced for the space, location and quality. It boasts high ceilings, vintage finishes without feeling "old" and new windows to keep it well-insulated and very quiet. This particular unit has lots of great sunlight (southeast facing on the 2nd floor). Additionally, the unit has new hardwood style flooring. Capitol Hill in Denver is conveniently located very near downtown with restaurants, nightlife, shopping and recreation all within minutes of your front door. Walk to grocery stores, Cheesman Park, City Park, Downtown and more. Utilities are billed at a flat rate - this unit is charged $75/month and that includes everything (water, trash, sewer, electricity & gas)! Dogs and cats are welcome so long as they are extremely well-behaved and cared for. There is a one-time pet fee upon move-in of $250 and $30/month pet rent. Here are some other highlights of this unit and complex. At no additional charge, the building has WiFi and provides recycling services. Finally, there is additional storage in our on-site laundry room (first-come basis) at a nominal $20/month. This is a popular thing, but we should have one locker available. Parking is on-street and rarely a problem. If you prefer lot parking, they are close by and reasonably priced.
