Very popular area to move to. Close to I75, and the Suncoast Expressway which is a direct route to the Tampa International Airport. We are just north of Tampa (Hillsbourough County) in Pasco County, which has lower taxes. We have a Lutz address for postal purposes, but the area is Land O' Lakes. Elementary school is one of the few grade A schools in Florida. The middle and high schools are brand new and are to be opened for the first time on August 20, 2007. The houses are expected to sky rocket in price once the new Cypress Creek shopping center is finished being built. It's expected to be the largest is Florida to date. Nice, clean family oriented neighborhood, with an active HOA. There are many lakes and ponds in our area which adds to it's pristine atmosphere. Bonus, only about 1 1/4 hrs to Disney World!!!
