Please message for showing times in April! Location: This cute little house is a 5-6 min drive from Duke and downtown Durham. The neighborhood is right by Northgate and less than a minute from Costco and surrounding stores. It has a driveway so no need to worry about parking. And there is on street parking for guests. House: The house comes unfurnished, except for the kitchen where I want the corner cabinet, bar area, and dining room table/chairs to stay. There is an in unit washer/dryer right in the hallway next to bedrooms for easy access. There is extra storage space in the attic. The large backyard is landscaped occasionally and lawn is mowed bi-weekly in warmer months. Tenants are more than welcome to garden, plant, hone their green thumb should they choose :) There is also a recently installed deck. Rent also includes bi-monthly cleaning service. Appliances include central A/C, fridge, microwave, oven, and the washer/dryer. I believe the grill is there as well. This house is dog friendly for one dog, however, not cat friendly as the dander is much too difficult to remove upon lease end. I do not charge a dog pet fee although any damage incurred by our furry companions (scratches, extra cleaning, etc) will be deducted from the security deposit. Security deposit and first month's rent will be required at signing. About your landlord: I am a private landlord and handle all of the housing matters on my own. I believe myself to be very responsive, prompt and accommodating. I am hoping to fill the house with tenants who cherish the space I once lived in (my first home) and would love nothing more to see it enjoyed and cared for by another family or couple. Landlord pays for bi-monthly cleaning and landscaping services throughout the year. Tenants pay utilities. No smoking! 12 month lease minimum.
