The dock is located in the secure Outrigger Harbor condo complex with cameras set up and residents who watch out for you. It is located just north of the Dolphin Bar restaurant in Jensen Beach. The dock is 35'. It comes with a 16,000 lb. lift in excellent working condition. There is water and 50 amp power right at the dock. A dock box can be obtained from the management company for a nominal fee. There is a fish cleaning station at the end of the docks about 40 ft. away. It is the 2nd slip from the mouth of the marina. There are no train bridges impeding travel to/from the Ft. Pierce or St. Lucie inlet. You are not required to live in the community. There are no other docks available there and rarely become available. The dock # is 20. Quarterly Dues are $687.
