Single Wide. We bought in 2021 & unfortunatley now have to relocate. Under construction & needs some TLC. In 2021 we painted the house (except guest room & bathroom, the addition & the laundry room needs to be finished.) We also started painting the outside of the home, shutters & porch. Some of the house needs finishing along with the floor of the porch & steps. Porch needs new screen. We put new windows inside & out in Jan 2022 ( still needs 3 outside windows). Jan 2022 new tin roof. We also have the vinyl plank flooring to finish the house, you will just need trim. Needs new inside doors. Open porch on the back if you would like to enjoy the sun & screened roof porch on the front if you would like to be out of the weather! It will not be furnished and will not come with appliances (can be discussed).
