If you're looking for cheap rent this place has it. This is a VERY BASIC home for rent. That is one of the reasons it is cheaper. $1300/month. 3.5 bedroom. 1.5 bath. Renter is responsible for their own bills as well as their own appliances and Window A/C units. 5 min from downtown, and about the same from the heights. It is decent on the inside. We still have a few things to finish on the house, as well as additional cleaning prior to anyone moving in. This is not posted on craigslist. Beware of scammers.
