    Tired of feeling cramped? Come see a 20x14 kitchen where you could comfortably entertain 8-9 people, or a living room/dining room combination that is almost 30 feet long! That's enough room to have a great TV entertainment area AND a home office without disturbing each other. Three very spacious bedrooms have huge closet space (including a walk-in closet in one bedroom) to store as many clothes or as much sports equipment as you can handle. All of this space is heated with a gas furnace in the winter and cooled with central air conditioning in the summer, so you can enjoy the area at whatever temperature you would like. But the utility bills will remain low if you help me use the programmable thermostat that is in the unit. And I haven't included all the area that is in the basement. There are free laundry facilities down there, a large area for storage, and even a work room if you are a handyman. Next to the garage (you would get one stall) is a fenced-in yard that is great to sit in and barbecue in the summer. The home is located on a quiet side street very close to Logan Park. You can walk to the park and play broom ball or skate on two rinks in the winter, or hang out near the basketball courts in the summer and enjoy the beautiful weather. If you need to catch the bus, the stop at Washington and 15th is less than a 1/4 mile away. From your home, you would only be about 2 miles from the U. or downtown Minneapolis. You would pay the heat and electric. I would cover the water, trash and sewer. Please call, text or email me if you're interested. I think you might like what you see. Sorry but I don't accept Section 8. Owner pays water, trash and sewer. Tenant will pay heat and electric. Discount rent for mowing the grass and shoveling snow if you want.
