I rent this home. I have lived in it for a year, I have rented from the owner for 3+ years at 2 other addresses as well. This is not a 3 br home. It has 2 br, a very large living room, great kitchen and huge bathroom as well as a laundry room. There is a very small pantry-like room in the very rear of the home. No window or closet in the bonus/pantry area. The home was remodeled, but I am not sure of the date. The front bedroom is carpeted while the rest of the house is linoleum and tile, master bedroom and living room are faux wood but look gorgeous having just been laid about a year ago when my husband and I moved in. There is a Central Air unit, but we have not used it as told it needed servicing. We use 2 medium sized room air conditioners supplied by owner.
